Not only do you have the added reassurance that you are booking with a vastly experienced and well-established team, but if you find the same crew, kit and production commitment for less elsewhere, we’ll beat it. This means you can enjoy the best value for your production and a better return on investment. Simply send us the quote you have within seven days of booking and ensure it meets the below criteria:
Like for Like
We will match any like for like quote. This means that each element must be comparable in terms of the size and experience of the crew through to the number of cast members, locations, location type and quality of the equipment being used. For example, a recent graduate with a camera will be less expensive than a veteran of BBC drama, but they are not like for like in terms of experience.
Seven Days
If you want us to beat a quote, the quote you send us must have been issued within seven days of your original booking with MINT FILMS.
UK based
We will match UK-based quotes but not those from overseas.
Full Terms and Conditions
This price promise applies to all production types booked directly with MINT FILMS. You must provide evidence from a UK Production company of a cheaper price within 7 days of our original booking. You must be able to show that the quote matches the production you have booked with us as well.
The competitor quote must include:
1. Same crew. This means that each element must be the same in terms of the size and experience of the crew. For example, a recent graduate with a camera will be less expensive than a veteran of BBC drama but they are not like for like in terms of experience.
2. Same cast. The competitor quote must include the same experience level, demographic and size of cast.
3. Same location. The location must be of a comparable nature i.e. house, studio, private booking and comparable in number.
4. Comparable Kit. All cameras are different and have different outputs and specifications. Please provide details of the alternative kit being used and ensure it is of the same standard.
4. Time & Date of Screenshot or Quote.
Price Promise only applies to productions booked directly with MINT FILMS and does not apply to bookings made via agencies or third parties. The evidence described above must be printed (not handwritten) and provided to the email address hello@mintfilm.co.uk within a maximum of seven days. Quotes submitted by post will not be accepted.
If the evidence submitted is accepted and approved for Price Promise, your original quote will be reduced to beat the competitor offer. The reduction will then be taken off your completion invoice at the end of the project.
Price promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer we may be running at the time.
The price provided must be in GBP (£'s). We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time. Once a Price Promise has been accepted, you cannot apply for a further reduction.
